KARAOKE & DJ SERVICE AGREEMENT
By booking an event on our website you are entering into an agreement between Karaoke Entertainment Inc. ("Service Provider") and the individual who booked the event ("Client").
1. Event Details
Event date, start time and duration are chosen by the Client at the time of booking and are included in the confirmation email which is sent automatically to the Client by the Service Provider’s online system.
2. Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following:
- Professional Karaoke Hosting and DJ services, including music selection and equipment setup.
- Use of microphones, sound systems, and karaoke music library.
- Event facilitation, including song queue management and guest participation support.
- Lighting effects
- Arrangement of live or specialty performers for special events, upon request and subject to availability.
3. equipment and setup
- The Service Provider will provide all required sound and karaoke equipment.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring access to a standard power supply (120V) and sufficient space for setup.
- Any additional equipment requirements must be agreed upon in writing.
4. Compensation, Payment Terms & Online Payment Authorization
Pricing: Pricing is posted on the Service Provider’s website and varies based on the type of service and duration of the event. Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been agreed on in writing for a specific event. Payment may be made via credit/debit card or PayPal through the Service Provider’s online booking and payment system. By making payment online, the Client authorizes the Service Provider to process the payment using the provided payment information in accordance with this Agreement. In the event of canceled or declined payments, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel services until payment is received in full.
5. Booking Confirmation & Electronic Acceptance
By confirming a booking through the Service Provider’s online system (including acceptance via email, website form, or electronic payment), the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. Such booking confirmation and/or online payment constitutes an electronic signature, legally binding both parties as if this Agreement were physically signed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the event – 100% refund.
- Cancellation between 12 and 48 hours before the event – 75% refund.
- Cancellation between 2 hours and 12 hours before the event – 50% refund.
- Cancellation with less than 2 hours’ notice – No refund, as the Service Provider will have already loaded equipment and may be en route or setting up.
- If the Service Provider cancels (e.g., due to illness or emergency), payment will be fully refunded.
7. Liability & Damages
- The Client agrees to provide a safe and suitable environment for setup and performance.
- The Client is responsible for any damages caused by guests to the Service Provider’s equipment.
- The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or circumstances beyond their control.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
9. Media Consent
The Client grants the Service Provider permission to take photos and/or short videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
11. Signatures
In lieu of signatures, for online bookings, this Agreement is considered accepted and binding upon booking confirmation and/or payment submission through the Service Provider’s online system.
